Our StoryCaad and Cad began its journey over two decades ago with a simple yet ambitious mission: to impart technical knowledge and expertise to the next generation of architects and engineers. Today, it has evolved into a prominent architectural and engineering consultancy firm, offering comprehensive services to clients across the globe.
Founded in 2001 as Continental Consult & Resource Center, the company's primary goal was to facilitate the sharing of technical knowledge in the field with a particular focus on architecture and engineering. In 2010, Continental Consult & Resource Center made a significant transformation - it shifted toward becoming a full-service architectural and engineering consultancy firm, expanding its range of services while maintaining its unwavering commitment to technical knowledge and expertise. The journey from a knowledge-sharing center to a premier architectural and engineering consultancy is a testament to CAADandCAD's ingenuity, dedication, and perseverance.

OUR TEAM
Ed Cyprian
General ManagerAs General Manager, Ed is responsible for and committed to sustainable revenue growth, client management, and the company's tech-led expansion.
He has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Texas and has led software development project teams for Apple, GSK, Capital One, and JP Morgan.
Ed's unique skills blend of leadership, business acumen, and deep understanding of technology has led to the crafting of many innovative solutions for Caad and Cad clients and partners - streamlining processes and optimizing productivity with cutting-edge software tools and techniques.
Eng. Richmond Donkor
Engineering ManagerAs Caad and Cad's lead engineer, Richmond has spearheaded major projects across the country over the last 14 years for our corporate and institutional clients.
He has an HND in Civil Engineering and completed the Construction Technician Course ( CTC ) parts 1, 2, and 3 from the Accra Technical University. He also has a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Arc. Enoch Quayson
Lead ArchitectEnoch has been with CAADandCAD for almost a decade; overseeing projects such as the Ghana Army Headquarters, Ghana Navy Training School, and the Ghana Military Academy.
He has a B.Sc. and MSc in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Owusu, Esther Maamle
Head of OperationsEsther is the glue that makes us all stick - as our Head of administration aka 'resident madam'; she plays the integral role of overseeing our day to day operations and all associated responsibilities; which she executes with such dynamic wit, tact and efficiency that has made her a favorite of both our internal team and all our clients over the last 8 years.
Esther holds a BA in Administration, Management and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana Legon and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
